The tools are provided free of charge for lawful personal and commercial use. You are responsible for the content you process and for ensuring you have the right to process it.
You agree not to use the Site or its tools to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications, to violate anti-spam, privacy or data-protection laws (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM and CASL), to harass others, or to interfere with the operation of the Site, including by automated abuse that places unreasonable load on it.
The Email Extractor finds text that looks like email addresses in content you supply. You alone are responsible for how you use any addresses obtained, including having a lawful basis to contact people and honouring opt-out requests.
The Site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Extraction and comparison results may be incomplete or contain errors; please verify important results before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListFerret will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Site.
The Site’s design, text and code are owned by ListFerret. You retain all rights in the content you process using the tools.
The Site displays third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or for the products and services they promote.
We may modify these terms or the Site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
